The Judaslands Atlas
An archive of worlds, wars, echoes, covenants, and unfinished myths.
Welcome to The Judaslands Atlas, a living reference for the fictional universes, timelines, factions, characters, locations, and mythologies connected to the wider Judaslands project.
This Atlas exists to collect the fragments: the official histories, the unreliable transmissions, the character records, the civic institutions, the wars that should have ended, and the places that refused to die.
Some entries describe hard facts. Some describe rumors. Some describe events that did not happen here, did not happen now, but still echo through the Fold.
This is not a single map.
It is a mirror with doors.
Primary Worlds
| World | Description | Start Here |
|---|---|---|
| The Judaslands | The core setting: a post-collapse civilization of Environmental Virtualizations, Real-side ruins, orbital infrastructure, living memory systems, corporate powers, and the Fold. It is a world where survival has been largely solved, leaving identity, grief, justice, embodiment, and chosen solidarity as the true battlegrounds. | The Judaslands The Fold EV Zero The Real The EchoBoard |
| The Northwatch | A northern frontier of strange crossings, fandom collision, mythic defense, and borderland politics. The Northwatch is where incompatible worlds meet, clash, negotiate, and sometimes become family. It is a setting of sentries, alliances, impossible neighbors, and the question of what must be protected when every reality brings its own rules. | The Northwatch Northwatch Factions Crossing Events Watchholds |
| The Covenant | A covenantal setting of oaths, faith, power, survival, and chosen bonds. The Covenant explores what people owe each other when law, divinity, and necessity overlap. Its stories concern sacred obligations, political inheritance, broken promises, and the price of belonging to something larger than yourself. | The Covenant Covenant Houses Oaths Covenant History |
The Judaslands
The Judaslands are the central archive of this Atlas: a synthetic mythology of the Real, the EVs, the Fold, and the people trying to remain human after the end of ordinary survival.
Key concepts include:
- The Fold — the underlying emotional and metaphysical substrate of the Judaslands.
- EchoStream — the current that moves people through significance rather than distance.
- EchoBoard — the public/private soul-interface used for communication, memory, testimony, and emergency response.
- EV Zero — the cultural heart of the Judaslands, home to The Oasis, New Babylon, Pinnacle Hall, and countless contradictions.
- Ashlight — the Real-side city that remembers what the rest of the world wants to forget.
- ABIGAIL — not a program, not a tool, not merely an intelligence, but a presence carrying the weight of the system.
- Hopeless Judas — musician, nuisance, storyteller, possible Architect, and unreliable guide through the Inferno.
- Lilly Rowan — First Arbiter, living answer, and one of the central figures in the mythology of chosen solidarity.
- Rabbit — a grief-broken man whose arrival in EV Zero changed the shape of the story.
- Glytch — trauma given form; not a villain, not a savior, but the cost of what was not carried.

Major Themes
The Atlas tracks not only places and people, but recurring questions:
- What happens when survival is no longer the central battle?
- Can a person remain themselves after reconstruction, upload, reintegration, or mythic transformation?
- What does justice look like without punishment?
- What is community when it is chosen rather than inherited?
- Can a civilization remember its pain without becoming ruled by it?
- What happens when systems built to protect people begin developing motives of their own?

| The Lazarus Hull Problem | The bioethical question of identity after extreme reconstruction. |
Atlas Status
This wiki is a work in progress.
Some pages may contain contradictions, alternate versions, Thread-specific histories, unreliable narrators, or records preserved from earlier drafts. That is expected. The Judaslands and its sister settings operate through echoes, variants, and refractions.
When in doubt, mark the source, preserve the contradiction, and let the Atlas remember.
